Tecumseh Winter Village

Come and enjoy our winter village located just 5 minutes from Ottawa’s Parliament Hill.

For skaters, young and old, who are passionate about outdoor skating, the Tecumseh Golf Club announces the opening of a 3km skate trail that winds throughout the fairways of the golf course. While practicing your favourite winter sport in a peaceful setting, skaters will have the pleasure of admiring the presence of many deer that come to take up residence on the golf course during the winter season. As for those wishing to skate during the evening, it is be possible to do so during the opening hours indicated below. A headlamp will be provided at no charge to help guide you along the trail after sunset.

Parking at the golf course is free. In addition, the clubhouse offers a variety of menus, including, among others, hot drinks and pastries (‘Deer Tails’, our chef’s winter special) and alcoholic beverages.

This is a great opportunity to come and enjoy the winter and have fun with the family while walking the toddlers. Put on your skates and discover our beautiful nature trail in the heart of the city of Gatineau.
